You already know that each week, we host live workouts for Outside+ members with coaches Sandra Jersby and Janelle Trujillo. Well, we’re switching it up next class and opening registration for anyone who wants to come sweat with us — just this once!

Jersby will take you through a total-body workout full of strength and plyometric exercises in just 30 minutes. The best part? You don’t need any equipment to get it done. All you have to do is complete the registration form to join us on Zoom! Mark your calendars for September 15 at 12:30 p.m. EST/9:30 a.m. PST.

Each week, one of the trainers will host a live workout designed to get you sweating and leave you smiling. From warmup to cool-down, you won’t want to miss it.

Meet Your Coaches

Trujillo is a certified personal trainer and wellness coach with nearly 20 years of experience who helps women lose weight without sacrificing work and family time or following strict diets. Jersby is a certified personal trainer, mobility expert and fascial stretch therapist based in Los Angeles.
