‘Tis the season for all things scary, spooky and downright ‘EEEK worthy. So we asked a few of our ambassadors to show us the workouts that are SCARY hard. Hannah Dawson comes to us first with this nail-biting EMOM (every minute on the minute) workout. Do push-ups make you quiver in your gym shoes? Well, do we have a TREAT (or trick, depending on how you see it) for. you!

Every minute, you will add two more push-ups and for the remainder of the minute, you are to hold a Spiderman plank.

Here’s the breakdown:

Minute one

8 push-ups and then as many Spiderman push-ups until the minute is over.

Minute two

10 push-ups and then as many Spiderman push-ups until the minute is over.

Minute three

14 push-ups and then as many Spiderman push-ups until the minute is over.

Minute four

16 push-ups and then as many Spiderman push-ups until the minute is over.

Minute five 

18 push-ups and then as many Spiderman push-ups until the minute is over.

8 | 10 | 14 | 16 | 18
