Triathlon distances vary, so you can choose a length that works for you. For your first attempt, try a super sprint triathlon \u2013 also known as the \u201cstarter triathlon\u201d. Distances are usually approx. 500 meter (0.3 mile) swim, 10K (6.2 miles) bike, and 1.5K (1.6 miles) run.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

These three sports place very different demands on your body:<\/span><\/p>\n
