<\/p>\nIf you\u2019re obsessed with Caesar salad and need a tasty dip to jazz up your veggies, try this Greek Yogurt Caesar dip!<\/p>\n<\/noscript>Caesar Dip<\/h2>\nThis Caesar dip is an easy appetizer for your next party and a great recipe to dip your veggies into. It\u2019s made with all the ingredients that goes into Caesar salad dressing \u2013 Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic, Dijon, anchovies, \u2013 plus Greek yogurt and a little mayonnaise (which I love adding to my dressing in place of raw egg).\u00a0 Plus, it\u2019s easy to make ahead and requires no fancy equipment! Some more of my favorite quick dips are Ranch Dip, No-Cook Salsa, and Creamy Parmesan Spinach Dip.<\/p>\n<\/noscript><\/h2>\nWhat is Caesar dip made of?<\/h2>\n\nLemon:<\/strong> Juice one lemon.<\/li>\nGarlic:<\/strong> Smash three garlic cloves.<\/li>\nGreek Yogurt:<\/strong> Use plain Greek yogurt for extra protein.<\/li>\nParmesan:<\/strong> You\u2019ll need a half cup of grated parmesan cheese.<\/li>\nMayonnaise:<\/strong> Use light mayo to reduce the calorie count.<\/li>\nAnchovy Fillets:<\/strong> Anchovies have a salty taste that I love in Ceasar salad! You don\u2019t want to skip them \u2013 they \u201cmake\u201d the dip! But if you must, you can leave it out. Anchovy paste would also work here.<\/li>\nDijon Mustard<\/strong> for a little tang<\/li>\nBlack Pepper<\/strong> to season<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nHow to Make Caesar Dip<\/h2>\nThis creamy dip couldn\u2019t be easier to make!<\/p>\n\nInfuse the Juice:<\/strong> Put the smashed garlic and lemon juice in a small bowl and set aside for at least 15 minutes to infuse.<\/li>\nMake the Dip:<\/strong> Mix the remaining ingredients. Remove the garlic from the lemon and stir the juice into the dip.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nWhat to Serve with Caesar Salad Dip<\/h2>\nThis dip is excellent with crudites of any kind.
