Although you can expect cooler weather in Las Vegas in September, it\u2019s still hot during the day and much more pleasant at night. When the temps get back to the 90s, locals get excited that fall is coming. However, we know that heat waves can still hit.<\/p>\n
You\u2019ll want to avoid being outside in the middle of the day by sticking with indoor activities or staying poolside. Keep in mind over Memorial Day weekend (September 3-6), the pools are going to be packed.<\/p>\n
Sunrise and sunsets are good for outdoor activities, like hiking, climbing, boating at Lake Las Vegas or Lake Mead.<\/p>\n
Additionally, most schools have started, so you should see hotel rates start to drop (although post-pandemic may look different).<\/p>\n
