In high school, Maricarmen (MC) Hernandez participated and excelled in team sports and upon graduation, fell in love with lifting weights and regularly going to the gym. She graduated with a BA in business administration and management and a minor in biology from Florida International University.<\/span><\/p>\n After a long career in hospitality, marketing and the music business, she discovered that her true passion was fitness.<\/span><\/p>\n Hernandez is currently NASM-certified in personal training, group personal training and nutrition, and is a Dolce Diet certified nutrition coach. She is also a natural bikini fitness competitor and competes in the NGA League.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Hernandez leads us through her morning routine, from her breakfast to taking the time to self-reflect and mediate.
