\u2018Tis the season for all things scary, spooky and downright \u2018EEEK worthy. So we asked a few of our ambassadors to show us the workouts that are SCARY hard. Hannah Dawson comes to us first with this nail-biting EMOM (every minute on the minute)\u00a0<\/b>workout. Do push-ups make you quiver in your gym shoes? Well, do we have a TREAT (or trick, depending on how you see it) for. you!<\/p>\n
Every minute, you will add two more push-ups and for the remainder of the minute, you are to hold a Spiderman plank.<\/p>\n
Here\u2019s the breakdown:<\/p>\n
Minute one<\/strong><\/p>\n 8 push-ups and then as many Spiderman push-ups until the minute is over.<\/p>\n Minute two<\/strong><\/p>\n 10 push-ups and then as many Spiderman push-ups until the minute is over.<\/p>\n Minute three<\/strong><\/p>\n 14 push-ups and then\u00a0as many Spiderman push-ups until the minute is over.<\/p>\n Minute four<\/strong><\/p>\n 16 push-ups and then as many Spiderman push-ups until the minute is over.<\/p>\n Minute five\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n 18 push-ups and then as many Spiderman push-ups until the minute is over.<\/p>\n 8 | 10 | 14 | 16 | 18<\/p>\n Think you can do it?
