On the face of it, it sounds like it\u2019s an old, mundane working building but in reality, it\u2019s an incredible outdoor gallery with fresco-lined walls. There\u2019s also a restaurant and bar\/cafe up there so it\u2019s the perfect spot to kick back, grab a drink or a bite to eat and soak up that view.
